About Megan
Therapist, Human, Life Enthusiast.
Hi! I’m Megan, a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel like a conversation—real, supportive, and sometimes even a little challenging in the best way. My clients are often high performing young adults and teens navigating anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, identity/ self esteem, and relationship issues. If that sounds like you, know that you don’t have to go through it alone.
As a young therapist, I bring both professional expertise and a deep understanding of what it’s like to be in the thick of figuring out life. My approach is straightforward and compassionate—I won’t just tell you what you want to hear, but I’ll always have your back. My goal is to help you break free from the patterns holding you back so you can move toward a life that feels more like you.
Outside of therapy, you’ll probably find me at the gym, on the beach, or sharing a meal with the people I love. I’m passionate about health—both mental and physical—and believe that movement, fresh air, and good people are some of life’s best medicines.

Outside of the office you will find me at the gym, on the beach, or with family and friends. I truly believe that “health is wealth” and our mental health starts with the physical.
I love to travel, listen to country music, go to comedy shows, explore anything and everything outside, and have conversations full of good chats and lots of laughter. I love good food and am always looking for my new favorite restaurant! I truly love humanity and life and believe that is part of what draws me to this field and makes me good at what I do.
