Growth, Resilience & Lasting Change.
As a therapist, I support individuals in navigating the challenges that keep them feeling stuck — whether that’s anxiety, perfectionism, identity issues, or a major life change.
My approach is collaborative, empowering, and rooted in both emotional insight and practical tools. I work with clients to break unhelpful patterns, build self-trust, and reconnect with who they are beyond the stress — supporting not just emotional clarity, but overall well-being.
If you’re ready to shift out of survival mode and into a life that feels aligned, confident, and grounded — I’m here to help you get there.
Anxiety, Depression, Relational Issues & Life Transitions
When life feels heavy or uncertain, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reset.
This might look like chronic overthinking, low motivation, people-pleasing, conflict in relationships, or feeling overwhelmed by a big change.
High Achievers, Perfectionism & Identity
For those who appear put together but feel burned out or lost underneath the pressure.
This might look like trouble relaxing, tying your worth to productivity, struggling to make decisions, or questioning who you are outside of roles and expectations.
Body Image, Self Esteem, and Eating Disorders
I help clients shift from self-criticism to self-respect, especially in how they relate to food, their bodies, and their inner voice.
This might look like disordered eating patterns, body checking, negative self-talk, or never feeling “enough” no matter what you do. Note: for eating disorders, I require you be in good health otherwise known as in remission/ with a mild to moderate symptoms.
Adolescents & Children
I create a safe and supportive space for kids and teens to explore their emotions and build healthy coping tools.
This might look like trauma, school avoidance, anxiety, identity struggles, social pressure, or simply needing a space that feels like their own.
