Meet Megan
I’m Megan, a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel like a conversation—real, supportive, and sometimes even a little challenging in the best way.
As a young therapist, I bring both professional expertise and a deep understanding of what it’s like to be in the thick of figuring out life. My approach is straightforward and compassionate—I won’t just tell you what you want to hear, but I’ll always have your back. My goal is to help you break free from the patterns holding you back so you can move toward a life that feels more like you.
Outside of therapy, you’ll probably find me at the gym, on the beach, or sharing a meal with the people I love. I’m passionate about health—both mental and physical—and believe that movement, fresh air, and good people are some of life’s best medicines.

I’m passionate about helping individuals heal from disordered eating patterns and poor self image. Clients do need to be “in remission” and in good health.

I take on limited cases of young children with traumatic experiences, phobias, trauma, anxiety, and other related mental health issues. I do not work with ADHD or behavioral issues unless it is co-existing with an above issue. This is a specialty of mine and spots are limited.
